Malcolm Dewhirst was born just outside Birmingham, England and has been writing poems since he was seven years old, now
in his 40's he has developed his style and his craft and is now offering to share his talents with others.
He has been published in several anthologies, and journals, as well as on the web, details can be found on the published
works page.
He was also had significant involvement with the rock bands Apollo, High Mileage and Strange Beings during the 1970's
and early 80's, and performed in an English Folk group Just Ordinary Folk. Malcolm played guitar was primarily the lyric
writer for these bands.
He now focusses his creative efforts on his poetry and short story writing, and is preparing several collections of his
work in 2006, under the working titles.
